When clinical mental health services are provided, they are delivered by licensed behavioral health professionals who are independently licensed and responsible for their own practice in accordance with state regulations. These licensed services are clearly identified as such.

Clinical service providers maintain their own professional licenses, malpractice insurance, and adherence to state board regulations.

Your privacy is important to us. All information shared during coaching sessions is treated with confidentiality, subject to our privacy policy and any legal requirements to disclose information.

You agree that YMR Global Network, LLC and its coaching professionals are not responsible for outcomes related to mental health conditions that require licensed clinical treatment.
