New Vision Outreach Center was established in March 2000 with a commitment to serving individuals, families, and communities through outreach, education, leadership development, compassionate service, and faith-centered community support.
For more than two decades, New Vision Outreach Center has worked to strengthen communities, empower individuals, support families, and provide practical opportunities for people facing barriers and life challenges.
Our work has included community outreach, education and workforce development, reentry support, leadership development, youth and family initiatives, ministry outreach, community wellness, and programs designed to help individuals move toward greater stability and self-sufficiency.

Established & Growing
Since our founding in March 2000, New Vision Outreach Center has been committed to transformative community service. More than two decades of dedicated outreach and support have made a meaningful difference in individuals' and families' lives.
Education & Workforce Development
We have successfully served more than 100 students through comprehensive educational initiatives, including specialized training programs such as Pharmacy Technician certification, with strong workforce referral and placement outcomes.
Community Reach & Support
Thousands of individuals have been reached through our community outreach and support programs, receiving assistance with reentry support, youth initiatives, family strengthening, ministry outreach, and essential needs support.

We maintain strong partnerships with community organizations, churches, social service agencies, and community partners dedicated to serving underserved and vulnerable populations.

Strategic Collaboration
New Vision Outreach Center and YMR Global Network, LLC are separate organizations that may collaborate on approved programs and initiatives where their respective missions and expertise align.
YMR Global Network, LLC may provide professional expertise, educational resources, leadership development, technology, media, training, and other appropriate support services when requested.
New Vision Outreach Center maintains sole responsibility for its nonprofit governance, charitable programs, grant funds, donations, nonprofit activities, and tax-exempt status under 501(c)(3) authorization.
